It hadn't been cleaned properly. there were stains on the sheets and bits of food under the mattress. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the night. I also found a couple of lamps without light bulbs, further adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the staff's eagerness to help made a tough situation somewhat better, but the cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement.
